Tridentine’s Solecki Serum honors Ken Solecki - father, staunch Catholic, Veteran, Chicago Fireman, brewer and friend. Tridentine Brewing simply wouldn’t exist if not for Ken passing down the art of homebrewing to his family. Ken loved the way beer used to be brewed: dark, with full body, smooth taste and a little something left on the bottom of a plastic two liter bottle. We couldn’t agree more. While Ken wouldn’t add anything but beer to his beer, we hope the Maple Bourbon twist is something he would enjoy - from a glass bottle. Please enjoy and raise a glass to Ken!
